Your adventure starts as soon as you set foot in the sun-kissed heel of Italy's boot. We will pick you up from the airport and whisk you off to your luxury farmhouse where you can unpack and settle in for the week.

In the evening we'll get to know each other over an Aperol spritz or two, as we watch the sunset over the Adriatic Ocean. We will dine under the stars enjoying some classic local specialties.

Grab your beach towel and sun hat! After breakfast we head north to explore the coastline, and visit Puglia's most iconic cliff top coastal towns and dip our toes into the turquoise blue water. We celebrate the day with a long, lazy seafood lunch in the beautiful port town of Monopoli. This afternoon you are free to explore, put your feet up and enjoy the comforts of the villa. Tonight you will get your hands dirty when you prepare dinner with an Italian Chef.

Walk amongst the age old olive trees and admire the breathtaking scenery. We visit one of the oldest olive farms in the region and experience centuries of history with a tour in the underground oil mill and an olive oil tasting that will blow your socks off. Just down the road, we settle down for a laid-back lunch at a local Trattoria, where the traditional dishes of the area are reinterpreted in a simple yet contemporary way.This evening we take to the streets of Ostuni and watch the sunset over the Adriatic Sea.

We will head out to the local market for food shopping and tasting. And a long walk on the beach and a relaxed seafood lunch. Tonight we get creative with all our produce from the market in an interactive cooking evening at the villa and wines to match.

After breakfast, we head south towards the region’s Capital, Lecce. We stop along the way for lunch paired with a tasting of the best of Valle d'itria wines. The city of Lecce is all about experiencing. From wandering the narrow streets of golden sandstone to finding hidden piazzas, for lazy lunches in wine bars with a glass of local rose and a view of an extravagantly carved baroque church. We will do just that, and more. After a full day out and about we head back home for a nightcap and a good night’s sleep.

Hop on your e bike and explore the region as we bike between two beautiful hilltop towns. Pedaling makes you thirsty! We stop for a picnic and wine tasting in a local vineyard and stroll through town before we hop on the bikes, put them in turbo, and cruise back to our pick-up point. This afternoon we will give you plenty of time to rest and digest before we go big on our last night together...

One last splurge for breakfast to celebrate and share a few more laughs and stories. This morning we will transport you back to the airport and send you home with extraordinary  experiences and memories that will last forever!
