WE ARE QUALITARIANS
This means we’re always focused on cooking, serving and eating only the highest quality food (though we like to think this trait extends to everything else we do, too). We’re also sisters, best friends, foodies and wanderers. Thelma is an interior and fashion designer, while Leez is the former owner and chef of renowned Knysna restaurant and bakery île de païn. We love to share our travels, finds, friends and secrets – which is why we created Thelma & Leez: The Plate Less Travelled.
